Aaron Judge’s hinted at leaving the New York Yankees

Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees, who will be a free agent at the end of the latest campaign, has increased rumors that this may be his final season wearing a uniform.

Before Tuesday’s All-Star Game, Judge was questioned about a young fan called Jacob who was concerned that his favorite player wouldn’t be on the club after this season when speaking to ESPN’s Marly Rivera. The 30-year-old responded in a manner that is certain to draw criticism.

Aaron Judge’s response to his fan

“Jacob, buddy, we’ve got a lot of great Yankees on this team. There are a lot of great Yankees, who will be here for a long time. so don’t be upset,” Judges said. “Hopefully you’ll be a Judge fan for life.”

Before the 2022 season began, the Yankees reportedly made Judge a $213.5 million contract offer. Aaron Judge reportedly declined the deal. He reached an agreement with New York hours before an arbitration hearing, and this year he is making $19 million. With an MLB-leading 33 home runs, 70 RBI, and a batting average of.284, Judge is having an MVP-caliber season.

It would be a serious blow to the Yankees organization to lose him this offseason.
