Rishabh Pant is from Roorkee, Uttarakhand, and a well-known face of the Indian Cricket team. He is a middle-order wicketkeeper batter for team India.

In the 2016, Cricket world cup, he was the vice-captain of the Under-19. Pant also became the Captain of Delhi capitals in the Indian Premier League.

In 2017, he debuted in the twenty20 International and One day international in October 2018. Pant earned  ICC Men's Emerging Cricketer of the Year in the 2018 Icc Awards.

Recently, in 2022 when KL Rahul retired hurt during the match, Rishabh Pant was designated the Indian Cricket team Captain.

He went to Delhi on weekends with his mother to play in the Sonnet Cricket Academy. The turning point in his career was when he played U-19 cricket for Delhi against Assam.

Pant secured 35 runs in 1st inning and 150 runs in the second innings. He also plays in Ranji Trophy, Vijay Hazare Trophy, and once he took over from Gautam Gambhir.

Pant became the highest individual score by an Indian cricketer in IPL history against Sunrisers Hyderabad. He secured 128 runs in 63 balls only.

He became the second youngest player in the IPl to score a century. Pant became the second-youngest Captain to lead India in a T20I match.
