Ricky Martin’s nephew drop his harassment claim
Ricky Martin’s nephew withdrew his claims against him in a court appearance on July 21st, which closed the case.
The attorneys representing Martin have released the following statement.“The courts dismissed the case, and the accuser decided to drop the allegations on his own.”
The singer denied the new allegations and showed up at the Puerto Rico court to speak. Martin’s lawyer offered a statement following the new restraining order with claims of abuse that Martin expressed in an earlier interview in July.
Martin’s attorney, a Singer, commented on the accusations. He claimed that Martin had never been sexually or romantically involved with his nephew and was disgusted by the accusation.

The singer ended by claiming the lawsuit should be dismissed because there were no facts to support it. The singer’s brother says that Ricky Martin’s nephew currently faces deep mental health challenges.
Martin’s said to the reporter “I wish him the best and I wish he finds the help so he can start a new life filled with love and truth and joy and hope he will not hurt anyone now.”Martin said that he was relieved to have the accusations against him disproven, but had his life been disrupted and hurt.
Beyond this, Martin is facing other legal troubles, with his former manager claiming that he owes her unpaid commissions over $3 million.
