Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan are selling their San Francisco residence for $31 million.

Mark Zuckerberg sold his San Francisco Home

The 7,386-square-foot house has built-in 1928. And located on the border of the Mission District and Dolores Heights regions of the city.

The deal is the priciest in the city so far this year

According to Mansion Global, they paid $53 million. For nearly 600 acres of land on the Hawaiian island of Kauai last March.
 
Their entire land holdings on the Hawaiian island now exceed 1,300 acres.
