John Carpenter‘s Hollywood series and other two digits of horror films that he started out in the 1970s and 1980s and beyond. He is generally considered the greatest master of horror genre movies.
John Carpenter’s fans praised his work and pointed out his track record:
John Carpenter’s fans and followers pointed out online his track record. One of the enthusiastic fans tried to defend his point and stated that ” Halloween is a stone cold classic, but the rest of his horror movies aren’t great in my opinion. He has some good ones for sure, but they’re like crazy classics in my mind.”
Filmmaker Jordan Peele’s new movie, “Nope” hits theatres this week, reviews that the movie gathered on its release make it clear that Jordan is going to give another hit like his previous movies “Get Out” and “Us”. His fans consider him one of the greatest horror filmmakers but Jordan didn’t see him as the greatest horror filmmaker and was ready to declare him the Greatest Of All-Time (G.O.A.T) but he personally disagrees. The filmmaker replied to his fans while appreciating their feelings and love for him but he also showed his love for another master of horror movies, John Carpenter.
Jordan Peele replied on Twitter while showing his love for John Carpenter:
Jordan Peele replied on Twitter to his fan and wrote, “Sir, please put down your phone I beg you. Sorry, I loved your enthusiasm but, I will just not tolerate any John Carpenter slander!!!”. Keeping the Appreciation of John Carpenter’s work aside, Jordan does deserve credit for making horror genre movies that are receiving great appreciation from the audience. Not only that his movies “Get Out” and “Us” shifted the conversations around horror and genre movies.
Jordan Peele’s “Nope” is probably his most interesting project as the movie is a sci-fi work of art and while making the movie he made sure that everything goes right and this quality makes him one of the only filmmakers who have their own IP in event movies.
